Overview: German Higher Education and Science Forum Central Asia (DHWZ)

CASIB, in collaboration with Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (MLU) and the support of the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) and DLR Project Management Agency, organizes a series of networking events under the title German Higher Education and Science Forum Central Asia (DHWZ). The initiative aims to suppport sustainable, long-term research cooperation between Germany and Central Asia and brings together stakeholders from academia, politics, and industry to identify key challenges and develop joint solutions.

1st DHWZ in 2026 ( German Higher Education and Science Forum Central Asia )

The kick-off event of the German Higher Education and Science Forum in 2026 took place at the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina in Halle (Saale).

2nd DHWZ in 2027 ( German Higher Education and Science Forum Central Asia )

The second German Higher Education and Science Forum 2027 will focus on supporting early-career researchers.

3rd DHWZ in 2028 ( German Higher Education and Science Forum Central Asia )

The third German Higher Education and Science Forum is scheduled to continue in 2028.
