About: The aim of the round table is to discuss the current status and prospects for the development of international scientific cooperation between Kazakhstan and Germany. The focus is on the establishment and development of the German-Kazakh Center for Sciences.

On 9 August, CASIB visited the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The institution was founded in 1932 as the Union Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and in 1991 it was reorganized into the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its tasks include advising farmers on the introduction of scientific innovations.
