On March 13, a workshop was held in Bishkek on the occasion of the launch of the SUFACHAIN project – "Sustainable agroforestry value chains" (https://www.bmbf-client.de/projekte/sufachain ).

From March 9 to 16, 2023, CASIB accompanied a delegation trip organized on behalf of the BMBF with representatives of the project management DLR-PT, the Justus Liebig University of Giessen, the Hermann von Helmholtz Association of German Research Centers (HGF), the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
