CASIB participated in the international conference "Past Achievements and Future Challenges of Applied Geosciences in Central Asia," dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Central-Asian Institute for Applied Geosciences (CAIAG).

CAIAG

The event brought together scientists from Germany and Kyrgyzstan to discuss the challenges of climate change in our region. CAIAG is actively working on monitoring environmental changes, particularly regarding glaciers, and makes a significant contribution to our collaborative efforts.

We are proud that CAIAG is an important partner of CASIB in international projects, such as CaTeNA (https://bmbf-client.de/projekte/catena), supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
