As part of the second CLIENT II Conference held on 26-28 October 2021, the project offices in China, Vietnam and Central Asia organized a regional exchange of experience session on project implementation. The event was attended by several project offices to present their implementation measures and to share experience on best practices for overcoming the regional-specific challenges.
Among other things, we discussed the possibilities for setting up competency centers in the regions to go on with the projects and to develop long-term structures for creating and transferring the knowledge. According to our experience and that of many project offices in the regions, establishing the competency centers could significantly improve the chances of a successful sustainable implementation of innovative technologies.
