On October 28-29, 2024, CASIB participated in an international workshop jointly organized by the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE) and the German-Kazakh University on collaborative knowledge production in Central Asia's agriculture and water resource management.

From October 17 to 18, CASIB participated in the "Connected - Reimagining the Future" conference in Astana. The conference discussed various research topics and innovations for the sustainable development of society.

On October 16, CASIB participated in the Central Asia University Forum at the invitation of the Ministry of Education. In recent years, the landscape of Central Asian universities has shown very positive development. Universities are becoming more international, building research competencies, and, as a result, are increasingly competitive on the global stage.

CASIB participated in the international conference "Past Achievements and Future Challenges of Applied Geosciences in Central Asia," dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Central-Asian Institute for Applied Geosciences (CAIAG).
